As a former Professional NFL Miami Dolphins Cheerleader, my life changed forever when I surrendered my heart to Jesus Christ during my second year on the team. It was our summer break, and while I was still cheering on the sidelines, God was calling me to a different team. I still cheer today, but now I'm on Team Jesus Christ, and with Him, I always win.

I am a Licensed Minister, Certified Professional Life Coach,  Mental Health & Cognitive Transformational Coach, helping women experience lasting transformation through cognitive renewal and faith-led alignment. My passion is equipping women to break unhealthy cycles, renew their minds, rediscover their purpose, and move forward with confidence.
