Meet Sharnell

As a former Professional NFL Miami Dolphins Cheerleader, my life changed forever when I surrendered my heart to Jesus Christ during my second year on the team. It was our summer break, and while I was still cheering on the sidelines, God was calling me to a different team. I still cheer today, but now I'm on Team Jesus Christ, and with Him, I always win.

Today, I serve as a Licensed Minister, Certified Professional Life Coach, and Mental Health Coach, helping women experience lasting transformation through cognitive renewal and faith-led alignment. My passion is equipping women to break unhealthy cycles, renew their minds, rediscover their purpose, and move forward with confidence.

I help women over 40 through a mid-life challenge to flip emotional turbulence and “Who am I now?" doubts into fresh purpose, and a step-by-step plan for a life that finally fits. As the Toolbox Coach, your eyes will be open to the real work you need to do. It will touch nerves you didn’t know were issues, and once you can name them, you can finally fight them. You will begin to see what is running in your subconscious, get practical tools and the “why” behind them, to experience the shift to feeling freer, calmer, happier, and lighter. Your relationships will improve beyond measure. Your mid-life challenge becomes your Best Chapter Yet with vision, clarity and bold actions.

Midlife is where a lot of stuff crashes together, changing hormones, too many responsibilities, and years of bottled-up regrets. Put all that in one place and it can leave you tired, second-guessing yourself, and stuck in the same old rut.
