I'm a Certified Life, Mental Health & Group Fitness Coach. I believe that everything connects. My holistic approach in coach-sulting (coaching & consulting) challenges women to be committed, disciplined and consistent in their journey to wholeness: spiritual, physical, emotional & mental health wellness.
I'm in full-time ministry, and every week I walk with women like you—step by step. Together, we uncover what’s keeping them stuck, break through emotional and spiritual blocks, and create a clear path forward. Then, I help them stay committed, so they don’t just start—they finish strong.
I am the founder of Far Above Rubies Etiquette Program, a nonprofit mentoring youth in confidence, character, and life skills to help them lead with purpose. www.far-above-rubies.com.

My approach to coach-sulting is rooted in key positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching & consulting is a process of self-discovery, and personalized step-by-step tools. I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world.
